We’ll help bring your trip to life by curating a personalized travel guide filled with expert recs based on your interests, dates, and budget, plus a sample itinerary and travel tips you can use to plan your trip with ease.

For more high-end travelers who want a luxury trip fully planned end-to-end, this one’s for you. Sit back, relax, and let us plan the trip of your dreams!
After a 1-1 consultation to understand your travel style and vision for your trip, we’ll craft a beautiful day-by-day itinerary tailored perfectly to your interests, with all the nitty gritty details and logistics taken care of. We’ll work with you to tweak everything until it’s perfect.
Itineraries include 5-star accommodations, private tours and transfers, and everything you may need to know before traveling. All you have to do is pack your bags and go.
Cost: $50 per day of travel

When booking through a travel advisor, we are paid commission from the hotel - that way you don't have to pay us! This is a part of how travel agents make money. We charge the planning fee for working with things that don't make us commission

Most times, the price will be the EXACT same as if you were booking yourself. If it's ever more expensive, it is usually not by much and the value of the perks outweighs the extra cost by a landslide. We can also still book the regular rate you see if you're not interested in the perks!

No worries! Send us an email at brittani.friedland@fora.travel and we’ll see if we can do a “takeover booking”; which means we’ll be added as the agent of record to your res, and you get all the perks. No extra money out of your pocket, win win!

We do restaurant reservations for our hotel bookings & VIP package clients only. Restaurant reservations are not included in The Itinerary package.

Depending on what kind of trip you are taking and where you are going, this will change; but a good rule of thumb is 6-8 months before a trip. We always say the earlier the better; that way we can get you on our radar and get you all the best spots as soon as reservations open!
